Findlay Family Practice is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner. 

• Private practice group of family physicians trained in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Office Surgery, Psychiatry and Family Counseling
• Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages
• 100% outpatient, no hospital call, “light” phone call
• Busy practice, average 25+ patients/day
• See adult and pediatric patients
• Busy, established practice with experienced providers and support staff
• 24-hour in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist services

Compensation

• Competitive base salary plus production bonus after threshold achieved.
• 120 Hours of vacation/CME, Medical, Life, Malpractice Insurance, Vision and Dental Insurance
• 401 (K) after 3 months of service, Employer Profit Sharing, Employer Match, Safe Harbor non-elective
