Northwest Medical Center  is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care clinic in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

• Practice Name - Northwest Medical Plaza - Wedington
• Outpatient only - general primary care practice
• Monday - Friday, Daytime schedule
• No call coverage
• Manage variety of acute and chronic conditions
• Develop ongoing relationships with patients in small community
• See patients through life span: Newborn to end of life
• Collaborative relationship with primary care physician
• Opportunity to develop practice for new and existing patients
