Position: Advanced Practice Provider – Primary Care (NP or PA)

As a Primary Care APP at Martin’s Point, you will work as a key member of a collaborative care team providing patient-centered, compassionate, and comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients across the lifespan
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as approved by clinical privileges
  • Coordinate care with supervising physicians, medical staff, nurses, and other health care team members
  • Practice autonomously within the scope of licensure, with guidance from the Practice Medical Director and/or primary supervising physician
  • Maintain compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies
  • Contribute to a team-based model of care that emphasizes access, wellness, and prevention

Qualifications:

  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
  • Active DEA registration
  • Approved clinical privileges by Martin’s Point Medical Executive Committee
  • Commitment to providing excellent patient care in a team-based environment
