Job Description

UT Health East Texas is seeking a full-time board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join their dedicated team in Tyler, TX. This position will be focused on supporting patients transitioning from inpatient treatment by managing medications, support long-term stability, and ensure seamless continuity of care post-discharge. Together, we can make a difference in East Texas.

Your Work:

  • Join a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers
  • Outpatient only – Monday-Friday
  • No call required
  • Expected load – 8-10 patients per day
  • Geriatric experience preferred but new graduates considered
  • Must hold a PMHNP certification
