Role Overview

• Flexible full-time 5 day/week schedule 
• Post-acute care inpatient setting
• On-call during the day Monday through Friday

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized care plans
• Integrate and work closely with the IDT
• Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physician

What We're Looking For

• Experienced clinicians
• FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
• Active Tennessee NP/PA license
• Active DEA 

Join TeamHealth where we offer flexible scheduling and you can earn a $10,000 sign-on bonus! Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $120,000 to $132,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
