Advanced Practice Provider - Plastic Surgery

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Sentara Plastic Surgery Specialists to provide inpatient and outpatient pre/post-surgical care for plastics trauma, elective, and cosmetic services.

Position Highlights:

• Location: 301 Riverview Ave Norfolk, VA
• Inpatient Duties: Rounding on Plastic Surgery-related pre/post surgical care, ED consults, incision and draining, wound vac changes, etc.
• OR/First Assist Duties: laceration repair, wound closures, breast reconstruction, cosmetic procedures, various trauma repairs, etc.
• Outpatient Duties: Plastic Surgery-related pre/post-surgical care. 15-25 patients daily
• Varied case load work with attending and resident plastic surgeons
• Surgical experience preferred
• No Call
