LOCATION: Gilman & Medford, Wisconsin

FTE: 1.0 – Full-time

• APC experience is highly preferred
• Gilman Clinic:
  • Practice independently as a solo provider
  • Full-scope primary care with on-site lab
• Medford Clinic:
  • Collaborate with 3 physicians and 9 APCs in a team-based model
  • Supportive, experienced staff
  • Comprehensive services: ER, urgent/same-day care, triage, specialties

Aspirus Gilman Clinic is a department of the Medford Hospital located at 320 E Main Street Gilman, Wisconsin, 54433. Clinic hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
