UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent outpatient APN Family Medicine opportunity in Bolingbrook!

• Well-established growing primary care practice
• Experience in outpatient primary care, preferred
• 1:5 Call coverage requirement
• EPIC EMR
• Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage
• PTO and CME
• Annual Salary: $105K - $118K

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Master's degree in Nursing

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office.
• ACLS Certification, required
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
