UNC Health Family Medicine at East Six Forks is hiring an APP (NP/PA). 

UNC Health at East Six Forks is a family medicine practice, providing healthcare services for adults, seniors and children older than six years of age. Our providers are dedicated to preventive care and will help you achieve optimal health outcomes. Our care team is also committed to providing the highest quality of care. 

Services: 

• Preventative healthcare 

• Sick care 

• Physicals 

• Immunizations 

• Screening tests 

• Women’s health 

• Nutrition counseling 

• Management of disease such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma 

• Children’s health (6+ years of age) 

Practice Hours: 

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm 

Job Qualifications: 

• Family Medicine APP 

• Licensed in North Carolina 

• 2-plus years of experience
