Advanced Clinician Residency - Everett, WA
Optum Washington, (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking nurse practitioner or physician assistant graduate to join our 2025 advanced clinician residency in Marysville, WA. Our Urgent Care Residency runs from September 2025 - August 2026. We expect to screen candidates during the month of April and host in-person interviews in May.

The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
