The Division of Obstetrics & Gynecology at MetroHealth Medical Center, Case Western Reserve University is seeking applications for a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nurse Practitioner to join our division.
Summary:
Educates patients about their fertility options. Works with physicians to perform physical examinations, ultrasounds, and scans. Collects and sends blood samples for testing. Communicates with patients, conducts interviews, and gathers medical histories.
Delivers direct patient care consistent with the advanced practice registered nurse’s education, experience and certification, in collaboration with a physician, which includes diagnosis, management and/or referral of health care issues. Promotes consumer, family, and community health through preventative health care actions and through patient advocacy. The advanced practice registered nurse may also manage complex illnesses and/or deliver specialty care.
