About this role:
Opportunity for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join Intermountain Nurse Midwives, located on campus of Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah and LDS Hospital in downtown Salt Lake City. Our midwives provide comprehensive health care for women, with a particular emphasis on wellness and patient choice. We support women in their childbirth decisions, whether it’s an unmedicated birth or epidural anesthesia.
This CNM will provide both gynecologic & obstetric patient care in clinic, attend births, and round with mother/baby and antepartum patients in hospital. Our CNMs work at the top of their scope of licensure, admitting, caring for, and discharging patients from inpatient care. As a group practice sharing patients, we work in a highly collaborative model, consulting and collaborating with one another on a consistent basis.
This CNM will work approximately 36 hours per week, with call time built in to your weekly schedule. When taking inpatient duty, the CNM will be expected to attend births.
