With patient demand on the rise and our practice growing, you’ll work alongside dedicated physicians in a cutting-edge clinic, improving lives in a coastal community.

At Palm Coast, you’ll join a dynamic team supported by centralized resources, focusing on exceptional patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with two full-time physicians, Terrance Regan, MD, and Matthew Merrell, MD, handling an average of 30 patients per day.
• Manage outpatient care—new patients, follow-ups, and more—while performing 2-3 daily inpatient rounds on our hospital-campus clinic.
• Engage in a 1:4 weekly call rotation within a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
• Use on-site cystoscopes, ultrasound, and bi-monthly urodynamics to deliver comprehensive urologic services.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)—urology experience is preferred, but we’re open to eager recent graduates.
• A compassionate, collaborative professional with strong patient interaction skills.
• A motivated individual ready to excel in a forward-thinking practice.

  • Base salary of $105,000-$115,000 (experience-based) + bi-annual wRVU bonus
