About the Role

As a Community Engagement Director, you will play a vital role in driving patient referrals, expanding our market presence, and fostering meaningful relationships within the healthcare community. Your efforts will directly impact the health and well-being of the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a market-specific sales strategy to drive patient referrals.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with potential and existing partners.
  • Execute email communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Complete regular market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences and networking events.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and identify competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet partner needs effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Manage and analyze data in CRM software to track sales activities and referrals.
  • Travel locally (75%) to meet referral sources, care partners, and customers.

Education & Experience

  • 2+ years of sales/business development experience in healthcare (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Wound care industry experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Medicare (Part A & B) and managed care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: Starting at $80,000 per year
  • Referral-Based Commission: Paid monthly
  • Bonus Opportunities: Total potential compensation exceeding $100,000 annually
