With a recent departure and growing patient needs, you’ll collaborate with skilled urologists in a vibrant community, delivering top-notch care backed by a leading national network.

What You’ll Do:

• Team up with three full-time urologists—Richard Roach, MD, Andrew Sher, MD, and John Lynam, DO—seeing 20-25 patients daily.
• Blend outpatient duties (follow-ups, pre-ops, post-ops, kidney stones, and men’s/women’s bladder health) with inpatient rounds at Leesburg Hospital.
• Opt into a flexible call schedule that fits your lifestyle, working Monday through Friday.
• Enhance patient care with evidence-based approaches in a supportive, efficient setting.

Who We’re Seeking:

• A certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)—urology experience is a bonus, but we’re open to enthusiastic new grads.
• A caring, communicative professional with a knack for teamwork and patient connection.
• An adaptable learner excited to grow within a top-tier urology practice.
