What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with four full-time urologists and two APPs, supporting a team of renowned physicians.
• Manage an average of 15-20 patients per day in an outpatient-focused clinic, handling follow-ups, pre-ops, post-ops, new patient visits, and urodynamic testing.
• Conduct daily inpatient rounds at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth La Grange and Hinsdale Hospitals—no call required!
• Work a Monday-to-Friday schedule, balancing patient care with a focus on quality and continuity.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)—NPs preferred—with a strong preference for urology experience, though recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• A compassionate, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
• A team player eager to collaborate with urologists and APPs in a fast-paced, outpatient setting.
• A proactive learner ready to grow within a leading urology practice.
