Job Summary:
TriStar Skyline Medical Center is seeking a primary care advanced practitioner to join an established group located in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.Qualified Candidates:
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Tennessee licensure or eligibility to obtain
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Interest in providing primary care to all ages
- Ability to practice autonomously, experience with chronic disease management preferred
- Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care
- Established, well-managed practice
- Join 2 established physicians and 4 APPs in group
- Schedule Monday - Friday
- Outpatient only
