Cottage Grove Community Medical Center and Clinics are part of the PeaceHealth Oregon West Network. Financially strong, this Critical Access Hospital and Clinic has an immediate opening for a full-time, NP/PA interested in a Walk-in clinic opportunity in the heart of Cottage Grove, OR.

Benefits:

    • First year salary amount: $139,734 based on a 1.0 FTE

    Details/Resources:

    • Open 5 days a week (hours 8 am – 6 pm); Full-time is 4 days a week from 8am - 6pm
    • Walk-in clinic care imbedded within a primary care clinic
    • Capable of ALL types of procedures; all ages
    • Rapid response team from the ED available 24/7 for your patients
    • Onsite behavioral health, social work, ACC clinic, Imaging/MRI/Ultrasound, and diabetes education/nutrition

    Requirements:

    · N.P. or P.A. or foreign equivalent degree

    · Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency

    · Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)

    · Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
