WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner with a Pulmonary & Critical Care background to join a cohesive team and meet the growing demand of care at Franciscan Health Crown Point. Interested candidate will be joining a fast-paced, talented team. This is a high functioning program with great patient outcomes and high levels of provider satisfaction. The program is well-respected and there is a healthy relationship with hospital administration.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have experience with providing pulmonary critical care. The candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and have a desire to invest in the community, building long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Provider will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree - Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required - or
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
