Northwest Health- Porter, in Valparaiso, IN, has an opportunity for a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Cardiology team.  Experienced PA/NP preferred; Cardiology experience preferred.

Details of Position:

• Outpatient only; Monday - Friday schedule
• Collaborate with highly productive, engaged cardiologist
• Assess and treat follow up patients
• Phone triage patient needs
• Collaborative workflow with cardiologists to ensure efficiencies and autonomy
