Mercy Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative Neurology team in an outpatient setting. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and expand an Alzheimer’s and Dementia-focused neurology practice while also supporting general neurology patient care as needed.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, outpatient position with a Monday-Friday schedule
  • Work alongside a highly collaborative team of 9 Neurologists and 1-2 other APCs
  • Primary focus on Alzheimer’s/Dementia care with additional general neurology patients
  • Utilize Epic EMR for streamlined documentation and patient management
  • Opportunity to mentor and educate Neurology residents in a competitive residency program
  • Join a growing Neuroscience team that includes Neurosurgery, Endovascular/Stroke, and Neurocritical Care

Requirements

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Ability to obtain Ohio medical licensure and DEA certification with full prescriptive authority
  • Previous experience in neurology or cognitive disorders preferred, but not required
