At MidLantic Urology, part of Solaris Health Group, we’re looking for a rockstar CRNA to step into a starring role at our brand-new Interventional Radiology (IR) Center in Chesterbrook, PA. This isn’t your average gig—here, you’ll work independently, calling the shots without an anesthesiologist hovering over your shoulder. If you’ve got the experience, the grit, and a passion for patient safety, this is your chance to lead the charge in a tight-knit, family-like team of just 10 FTEs where you will be 1 of 2 total anesthesia providers.

What You’ll Do – Be the Backbone of Our IR Center
• Run the Show: Deliver top-notch MAC anesthesia for IR procedures with full autonomy and confidence.
• Guide Patients Like a Pro: From chart review and pre-op prep to post-op care, you’ll ensure every patient feels safe and supported.
• Handle the Heat: Jump into diagnostics, trauma stabilization, and critical interventions with quick, independent decision-making.
• Master Pain Management: Tackle acute and chronic pain with the latest techniques—your expertise sets the standard.
• Stay Sharp: Keep up with cutting-edge anesthesia practices and tech to stay ahead of the game.
• Team Up: Partner with our world-class IR physicians in a lean, collaborative crew where your voice matters and your judgment is respected
• Keep It Tight: Document everything with precision and keep it HIPAA-locked—details are your superpower.

What You Bring – Experience Is Non-Negotiable
• Proven Skills: RN and CRNA licenses, BLS/ACLS certs, and NBCRNA certification (state-specific, of course).
• Solid Education: BSN required; MSN or DNP from an accredited CRNA program (DNP needed by 2025—future-ready!).
• Real Experience: Minimum 8 months as a CRNA (no new grads—this role demands a seasoned pro).
• Independent Mindset: Clinical mastery, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive without a big reporting chain.
• People Skills: Stellar communication to sync with our IR crew and a sharp eye for detail.
• Integrity First: Rock-solid commitment to patient confidentiality (HIPAA pros only) and ethical standards.

The Pay & Perks
• Starting Strong: $250,000 to $300,000 base salary, with room to grow based on your expertise.
