Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner: Family Medicine in Bay City, MI

MyMichigan Health is looking for a dedicated NP/PA to join an established family medicine practice in Bay City, MI! If you are a self-motivated, energetic APP that enjoys working autonomously – this position is for you!

• Full time
• Monday-Friday with traditional office hours, flexibility for a 5 day work week
• Robust onboarding and mentorship program
• Work alongside an established, well respected APP and physician team

Responsibilities:

• Mixture of small patient panel and acute visits
• Follow patients through all stages of life, newborn through geriatrics
• Include, but are not limited to, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of illness, ordering and interpretation of test results, counseling on preventative health measures
• Appropriately prescribing and managing medications and immunizations

Certifications and Licensures:

• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply

• AHA approved BLS Certification

Required Education

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program

• New and experienced providers will be considered
