Primary Care in Natick, MA

Job Details:

• 10 -15 patients per day
• Schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off. (rotating with another NP)
• Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit that is a locked down secure facility doing Primary Care only, NOT Behavioral Health. This is not a PMHNP position but a NP doing primary care consults and follow ups (H&P work - History and Physical Examinations). Must be a FNP due to adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is a salary of $130K annually. This full-time role is benefit eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
• Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
• Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
• Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines

Qualifications: 

• Board certified FNP
• Willing to train experienced candidates as well
• Licensed in state
