Family Medicine - Sartell Clinic - NP or PA

We are hiring a full time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our team at the St. Cloud Medical Group – Sartell.

Schedule

• Monday- Friday
• Full-time, 0.8 FTE- 1.0 FTE
• No nights, holidays, weekends or call

Responsibilities

Our providers at CentraCare- Sartell diagnose and treat short-term illness, provide preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and manage and coordinate care for those with chronic illnesses.  

To be considered for our position you would need to:

Meet one of the following requirements:

• Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist
• Current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
• Be eligible for certification (NP/CNP) or licensure (PA) within coming months

It is preferred that applicants have provider experience in one of the following:

• Family Medicine/Walk-In Clinic
• Emergency Department
• Urgent Care
