Family Medicine - Southway Clinic - NP or PA

We are hiring a full time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our team at the CentraCare- Southway. 

Schedule

• 1.0 FTE
• Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
• No nights, holidays, weekends, or call

Responsibilities

Our providers at CentraCare- Southway diagnose and treat short-term illness, provide preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and manage and coordinate care for those with chronic illnesses.  

To be considered for our position you would need to:

Meet one of the following requirements:

• Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist
• Current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
• Be eligible for certification (NP/CNP) or licensure (PA) within coming months

It is preferred that applicants have provider experience in one of the following:

• Family Medicine/Walk-In Clinic
• Emergency Department
• Urgent Care

***Increased base salary; Production Incentives (wRVU), as well as Value Based Incentives (VBIs) now part of the robust compensation model.***

In addition, all applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
