Job Summary:

TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an inpatient neurology advanced practice provider to join Centennial Neuroscience Associates in Nashville, Tennessee.

Qualified Candidates:

•  Board certified APP   
•  Active Tennessee state license or eligibility to obtain one
•  DEA with full prescriptive authority
•  Neurology experience in consults, follow up and discharge
•  Virtual stroke follow-up clinic 2 days/month
•  Schedule: Monday - Friday, no weekends
