The Opportunity

• Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Previous ED/UCC experience required.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Current national certification, DEA, and ACLS are required.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

St. John's Regional Medical Center - Oxnard, California

• St. John's Regional Medical Center is a member of Dignity Health and the partner hospital of St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital in Camarillo, California.
• Stroke Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and TCASC.
• 266-bed facility with a 31-bed Emergency Department.
• Wide range of acuities and a 15% admit rate.
• Full call panel excluding optho/hand.
• On-site glidescope and POCUS.

St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital - Camarillo, California

• Stroke Center and STEMI Referral.
• 180-bed facility with a 15-bed Emergency Department plus 3 Fast Track.
• Annual volume of 25,000 with a 15% admit rate.
• Access to call panel at St. John's Regional Medical Center.
• Great patient diversity and supportive medical staff.
