WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established practice at FPN CityWay Family Medicine located in Indianapolis, IN. Experienced provider is preferred. Interested candidate will be joining a busy practice with one physician and 3 advanced practice provider who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have past or present family medicine experience, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long lasting relationships with patients. Physician and Advanced Practice Providers will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Practice Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• 36 hours of patient contact with four hours of admin time per week

• Average outpatient volume: 17 + patients per day
• No call responsibilities
• Dedicated MA support
• No inpatient work or OB
• Telehealth offered

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree - Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required - or
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
