Practice Highlights: Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multispecialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work full-time at its West Emerald clinic. Saint Alphonsus Medical Group W. Emerald Family Medicine is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients. The clinic offers on-site laboratory and x-ray services, as well as 7-day per week Urgent Care services, and Orthopedic Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine services 5 days per week. The schedule for this opportunity is Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, with 36 patient hours/week.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho, valid controlled substance registration with Idaho, and Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
  • A strong medical background preferred and a desire to develop a practice to support a growing multi[1]specialty medical group.
