Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team at our Indianapolis, IN location at Community Hospital Heart and Vascular Hospital. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP, or new graduate with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings.

• Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight
• M-F day schedule

Licensure & Certification
