Job Summary

 

Tower Health Reading Hospital is seeking a full time Advanced Practitioner to join our Cardiology team. This position is for an AP for our Heart Failure program to treat patients throughout the continuum. This position has both an office visit component and an inpatient rounding component. Candidates selected will perform evaluation and management of the inpatient cardiovascular patient across the spectrum. Inpatient responsibilities will include cross covering the Heart Failure service that includes patients in the Cardiovascular Intermediate Care Unit and Intensive Care Unit.  Outpatient responsibilities include discharge, follow up and triage appointments. We are a well-established cardiology practice in Berks County, serving its patients and community for over 40 years. We are looking for dynamic nurse practitioners or physician assistants with previous experience in cardiology to join our outstanding cardiovascular team.

 

*All applicants must be certified, with an active Professional Pennsylvania license (PA or NP).  

BLS and ACLS must be current.
