Responsibilities:

• Perform physical exams, record medical histories, and create patient care plans
• Write orders for medications, lab work, and diagnostic testing
• Interpret lab results and contribute to existing care plans

Requirements:

• Experience in Pain Management preferred
• EMR experience with Epic is a plus
• Licensed Advanced Practice Provider
