PRN Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) for Primary Care in Madison, WI Metro

Unique PRN Opportunity to join SSM Health in our innovative direct-to-employer program in the Madison area. Our program focuses on providing a patient-centered approach to both primary and acute care for Sun Prairie School District employees and their families. New and recent graduates are welcome to apply. 

Position Highlights:

• Directly employed with SSM Health
• PRN - commitment of 2+ shifts/month preferred
  • Off-site clinic locations 
  • Daytime hours, may vary slightly by location
  • No weekends, no holidays, no call!
• No inbox requirement when away from clinic 
• Patient populations
  • Primary Care: Age 5+
  • Acute Care: Age 2+ 
• Individualized patient care approach
• Supported by a comprehensive healthcare team
  
  • Labs onsite
• Guaranteed hourly pay 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide independent patient care
• Conduct comprehensive primary and acute care visits
• Perform pre-employment and work-related physicals
• Develop and participate in population health programs
• Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Record system

Qualifications:

• Advanced practitioner certification - PA or FNP
• Ability to obtain license in Wisconsin
• Experience in primary and acute care preferred 
• Strong patient communication skills
• Commitment to personalized, high-quality healthcare
