About this role: 

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Endocrinology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.? In this role you will provider general endocrinology and diabetic care to your patients. 

• You will practice at Cottonwood Clinic in Murray Utah
• Your hours will have the ability to work 4 10-hour shifts, with Tuesday’s off each week
• You will be on call 1 in 6

What you’ll bring: 

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program 
• Board certification
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one 
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
