Advanced Practice Provider - NP or PA - Cardiology
Overview:
ProMedica Physician Cardiology (PPC), a well-established and highly respected cardiology group with over 25 years of serving the region, is currently recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic team of experts. PPC offers a full spectrum of cardiac services and is composed of over 35 Cardiologists and over 20 Advanced Practice Providers.
Highlights:
- Work with a collaborative and collegial team of professionals.
- Full employment with ProMedica Physicians.
- Opportunity to participate in Toledo Hospital 24/7 call coverage. Weekend and holiday call are required but shared and rotated among all APP staff and compensated accordingly.
- Average of 16 patient visits per day.
- Large referral area encompassing 27 counties throughout northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.

- Option to work four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts when in the outpatient setting.
- Will primarily support Bay Park Hospital in Oregon, Ohio.
Nurse Practitioner:
- Masters of nursing (MSN) degree
- Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio
- Acute Care Certification preferred
- Certificate of Authority to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment toward achieving customer/patient satisfaction.
- Post offer pre-employment required to include drug screen
Physician Assistant
- Masters degree
- Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio
- PA-C
- Certificate of Authority to practice is required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment toward achieving customer/patient satisfaction.
