Nurse Practitioner-Osteoporosis

Providence Medical Group Santa Rosa Osteoporosis is seeking a full-time (.8/32 hrs/wk) Nurse Practitioner to join it’s Osteoporosis team in Santa Rosa, California. This is an outpatient role where you can expect patient follow ups, medication reviews, medication refills, triage care and more. Ideal candidates will have multiple years of NP experience. Background in Osteoporosis, Endocrinology, or Primary Care desired but willing to provide training. • Full-Time, Position is (32 hrs/week)
• Providing outpatient care to your own panel of patients
• Prefer candidates to have a strong background in Osteoporosis, Endocrinology or Primary Care with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Specialty background preferred, not required.
• Dedicated admin time included in schedule
• Group includes Physicians creating a collaborative, supportive and collegial work environment
• Compensation is between $167,219 and $226,378 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
