Klickitat Valley Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our team in a unique Primary and Palliative Care role. This position is ideal for a provider who feels called to serve patients with serious, progressive illnesses and support their families.

Position Highlights:

• Blend of Primary Care and Palliative Care services
• Primary Care: Manage 13-17 patients per day
• Palliative Care: Support a growing program currently managing 50 patients

Palliative Care Program:

• Interdisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers
• Works closely with the Hospice team

• Chronic and complex care management
• Advanced care planning
• Transitional care planning
