Job Description

SSM Health Heart & Vascular Care is recruiting for a Cardiology Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) for a full-time position.  New graduates welcome to apply!  SSM Heart & Vascular Care offers compassionate and exceptional care.   Our highly-skilled cardiologists offer patients innovative treatment options, innovative techniques and trusted experts.

Opportunity:

  • Outpatient practice managing general cardiac conditions with concentration on Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
  • Anticipated schedule of Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Anticipated call requirement of 1 weekend per month and 1-2 days of night call per month
  • Clinic is located 15 minutes from both SSM St. Joseph-Lake St. Louis and SSM St. Joseph-St. Charles
  • Equipment on-site includes EGKs, Cardaic Device Serivces, Nuclear Testing Suite and Camera, Stress testing, Echoes
  • Join a team of 3 cardiologists and 1 nurse practitioner offering dedicated mentorship and onboarding
  • Full complement of support staff

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • Current PA/NP licensure and DEA in the state of Missouri or ability to obtain
  • Prefer experience in cardiology but will consider recent graduates
