Your Role
As a CRNA at Wilmington Health, you’ll:

• Review patient histories, prepare them for procedures, and plan anesthesia tailored to their needs.
• Administer safe and effective anesthetics  
• Provide post-anesthetic care, focusing on smooth recoveries and excellent outcomes 7a-3p Monday-Friday in a New, state-of-the-art facility!
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff to maximize patient centric care. 
• Embrace teamwork with a dose of fun—work hard, play harder! 

Qualifications 

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (or in the process of becoming one).
• Active North Carolina RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrated capability to  provide safe pre-and post-anesthetic care following licensure guidelines.
• Elevated written skills in pre and post patient care documentation.
• Comfortable working in high stress environments.
• Strong verbal communicator able to communicate clearly under pressure
• Proficient with technology including medical equipment and computers
• A compassionate touch and a positive, can-do attitude.
