Providence Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a team of physicians, advanced practice clinicians (APC) and caregivers at St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, Montana. This is an excellent National Health Service Corps approved location offering full-spectrum Primary Care. You’ll be welcomed as part of a collaborative medical team, focused on providing team-based, high-value care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex and vulnerable patient population. This medical team includes physicians, APCs, RNs, behaviorists, case managers, clinical pharmacist and support staff to provide exceptional coordinated care to patients and families. St. Joseph Medical Clinic offers full hospital services including lab, pharmacy, and diagnostic imaging onsite. Outpatient services include Occupational Health, Primary Care, Sports Medicine, Urgent Care, and Women’s Health. With Primary Care physicians and other health care providers located throughout the Mission Valley, as well as access to Providence specialists, you always have expert access to resources.
