Job Description

Providence Seaside Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our hospital-based practice on the picturesque Oregon Coast. This all-CRNA group provides high-quality, personalized care in an independent practice serving a 3-room OR (Endoscopy, General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology and Orthopedic Surgery), an Obstetric department (labor analgesia and anesthesia for C-sections), an Emergency department (procedural sedation, airway management and vascular access) and the ICU and Medical/Surgical unit (airway management and vascular access).

  • Full-time at 1.0 FTE
  • Monday to Thursday base schedule with rotating weeknight and weekend call
  • Generous compensation with base salary of $272,330, and benefits package including: sign on bonus, relocation assistance, 401k and 457 retirement savings plans, 13 weeks off per year, CME allowance, paid licensure and professional association fees, quarterly bonus for meeting quality benchmarks
  • Additional compensation for shifts or call in excess of FTE
  • 2+ years' experience preferred
  • The ideal candidate will possess
  • Excellent airway and obstetric management skills
  • Experience with ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and vascular access
  • Superior clinical judgement, communication and documentation skills
