Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient Care

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient care team. As a Master’s prepared nurse, you will collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medical care to patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and educating patients and staff.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in Primary Care
• Experience with behavioral health or intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program and MSN required
• Licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Louisiana
• Provider BLS certification required, ACLS may be necessary
