SSM Health is actively recruiting a full-time (0.8 FTE) Certified Nurse Midwife to join our amazing team in Baraboo. Baraboo, a picturesque community of just over 10,000, is nestled in the rolling hills of Sauk County in South Central Wisconsin, is located just 40 miles northwest of Madison.
The Baraboo Campus has a large primary care & multi-specialty clinic as well as a hospital. Imaging & lab are offered onsite in the clinic, and pharmacy is offered in the hospital which allows for excellent continuity of care.
In this traditional practice setting, you will see clinic patients, deliver babies, perform procedures and round on hospital patients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team including two other CNMs and one OB/GYN physician that is focused on community centered care.

SSM Health - St. Clare Hospital, is a 27-bed facility with 24-hour, Level 4 trauma ER coverage (contracted through Madison Emergency Physicians), 24/7 Hospitalist coverage, and 190 deliveries per year.
