Excellent PA/NP New Grad Opportunity in Primary Care - Fond du Lac Clinic West

Fond du lac Regional Clinic is a 110-physician multispecialty group serving east-central Wisconsin as part of SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join its West Fond du lac clinic.

The Opportunity:

• This is a full-time opportunity
• There is 1 MD and 3 APPs currently based at this location
• A system APP Lead is based in this clinic
  • great learning experience for a new grad
  • excellent collaborative and supportive team
• Schedule is Monday through Friday 
• Work schedule - (4) 10's
• Call: All of Fond du Lac is partnered together
  • 1 night a month
  • 2 weekends a year
  • $5,000.00 stipend for this call rotation
• Block times 20/40
• Opportunity to see patients independently (build your panel)
• Virtual visits are part of the practice
• EPIC EMR
