Opportunity Criteria
Job Description
- Develops virtual clinic SOPs.
- Coordinates care with other providers.
- Develops Street Medicine Consult SOPs.
- Supervises staff in the provision of direct clinical services.
- Monitors employee's progress and completes annual performance reviews within hospital designated time frames.
- Reviews and monitors clinical records to ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Assists in programmatic administration and development of services, policies and procedures, compliance needs, Continuing Medical Education
- Committee and others as appropriate.
- Documents disciplinary actions and provides coaching to staff as appropriate according to hospital guidelines.
- Completes initial clinical evaluation.
- Develops treatment plan.
- Documents in Epic.
- Completes discharge summary.
- Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests, relative to patient’s age-specific needs; Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic
- treatment modalities; Monitors the effectiveness of interventions; Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by makingappropriate referrals.
