Renown Health, Northern Nevada's largest and only not-for-profit locally governed healthcare network is seeking a Surgery Oncology First Assist NP with specialty focus on Orthopedic Oncology.
Minimum of 2 years’ Surgery Assist experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in Orthopedic Oncology or Orthopedic Total Joint.
First Assist Certification is required.
The Surgery Oncology NP will provide First Assistance on all surgeries, evaluate patients, prep/post Op procedures, and have dedicated Outpatient Clinic time. Incumbent will help treat patients with tumors and cancers that affect the musculoskeletal system, including the bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons.

The affiliation aims to improve the health of the community, region, and state through research, medical education, and expanded clinical care. Renown physicians participate as joint faculty at UNR Med for teaching, lectures, supervising clinical rotations, and other academic activities for the education of medical and physician assistant students, residents, and fellows.
