Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider

About this role: 

As a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experienceIn this role you will work with the care team made up of 3 Physicians and 3 APPs to develop comprehensive and effective care and treatment plans. 

  • You will provide care to Gastroenterology patients at the McKay Dee Medical Office Building and the Layton Parkway Clinic locations
  • You will work (4) 10.0 hr. shifts
  • This position includes up to?$7,500?in relocation assistance based upon relocation distance
  • You will have 32 patient facing hours per week treating the following conditions: GERD/acid reflux, IBS, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative colitis, liver disease/hepatitis, Celiac disease, gallbladder disease, etc.  

What you’ll bring: 

  • APRN or PA-C degree from accredited program
  • Active, unobstructed Utah license
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
  • BLS and active DEA license, required
