Responsibilities

Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is seeking to add an APP to join our inpatient cardiac service at Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital.

Position Highlights:

• Provider inpatient services including: H&Ps, Orders, Rounding and Discharges
• Working a 4 X 10 hour schedule M- F
• The inpatient cardiac team includes a large number of Physicians and additional APPs
• We are seeking candidates with experience in Cardiology
• Hospital experience with bedside care is also a plus.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:
• Master's degree of Nursing required.
