N Muskegon Family Medicine is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their busy practice caring for patients across the generational spectrum. Practice currently has 9 physicians and 8 Advanced Practice Providers. Team-based care is supplemented with social work, behavioral health, pharmacy, care managers, medical assistants working one-to-one with the physicians. Large practice population located steps from Gerber Hospital with full laboratory, radiology, PT/OT and specialty and surgical services.

At least two years of experience is preferred. As we care for patients of all ages, we cannot consider Adult/Gerontology trained Nurse Practitioners or those without experience.
